For Jenny Lay-Flurrie, hitting a brick wall just means it’s time to start climbing. She’s been deaf most of her life, but that hasn’t stopped her from playing music, tearing up ski slopes on both sides of the Atlantic and becoming a well-loved champion for accessibility at Microsoft.
