Microsoft has released its annual report for fiscal year 2013, including its annual shareholder letter. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer notes that it is the last shareholder letter he will write as CEO of the company.

Dell announces migration service to help customers move off Windows XP

Windows XP support is ending in April 2014. To help their customers with the approaching end of service, Dell Services on Monday announced the Windows Migration Fast Forward Service, which enables a customer to jumpstart a new migration or fast-forward one already in progress.
