Enterprise social adoption trends across SMBs and large companies

In 2013, Ipsos, an independent market research company controlled and managed by research professionals, conducted a survey of 9,908 information workers across 32 countries. The survey’s purpose was to gather information on how employees use enterprise social tools in the workplace, as well as how the adoption and use of these solutions varies across businesses of different sizes (SMBs versus large companies). A summary of findings from the survey is below.
