Carmine Di Sibio

Former Global Chairman and CEO of EY

Carmine Di Sibio is the former global chairman and CEO of EY. He spent four decades at EY and rose to several leadership positions including global managing partner and Global and America’s leader of Financial Services. During the 16 years that Di Sibio held these positions, EY grew to a $50 billion organization in over 150 counties. Di Sibio led the firm’s strategy in investing in technology to drive all four of the firms businesses to market leadership. He started his career at EY in the audit practice in 1985.

Currently, Di Sibio serves on the boards of Prudential Financial, PayPal and Evolver.ai, and chairs the board of Heidrick and Struggles. He also works as an operating partner at Advent International.

Di Sibio holds a bachelor of arts in chemistry from Colgate University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He also serves on the boards of Hackensack Meridien Hospital, Colgate University and the Wake Forest University Business School.
