New Microsoft Azure Machine Learning makes machine learning more accessible to everyone

Azure ML, which previews next month, “will bring together the capabilities of new analytics tools, powerful algorithms developed for Microsoft products like Xbox and Bing, and years of machine learning experience into one simple and easy-to-use cloud service,” Joseph Sirosh writes. “For customers, this means virtually none of the startup costs associated with authoring, developing and scaling machine learning solutions.”

Microsoft Azure cloud platform now available in Brazil

“In Brazil, and our other regions around the world, we’ve seen incredible demand for a global enterprise public cloud offering,” writes Takeshi Numoto, corporate vice president, Cloud and Enterprise Marketing, in a blog post. “Globally, more than 1,000 new customers join Azure every day, and revenue grew more than 150 percent in the last quarter.”
