Surface Pro 3, the tablet that can replace your laptop, is now available in 25 additional markets around the world, bringing the total to 28 markets, including the United States, Canada and Japan.

Suneel Goud, Surface senior product manager, uses the Docking Station to connect his Surface Pro 3 to an external monitor, ergonomic keyboard, mouse, printer, external hard drive and multimedia speakers. “And I still have open ports for additional accessories,” he writes.

The latest release of SketchBook Pro, for artists of all skill levels, is now available, and it is a terrific program to use on the Surface Pro 3, writes Markus Weickenmeier, Surface manager, in a blog post.

Customers will be able get Surface Pro 3 featuring 4th-generation Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 models from Microsoftstore.com, Surface retail partners, and Authorized Surface Resellers beginning on that date.

On Friday, Surface Pro 3 models featuring fourth-generation Intel Core i3 and Core i7 processors go on sale in the U.S. and Canada at Microsoft Stores and Best Buy, as well as other Surface retailers and authorized device resellers.
