Windows and Surface together raised voter confidence for the City of New York, and enabled the City’s Board of Elections to take advantage of the latest security, management, and usability features. As a result, for the 2016 presidential primary, 75 percent of the vote tally was processed an hour after polls closed, a record time for the City of New York.
