Microsoft and TracFone announce mobile health management solution

Microsoft and pre-paid wireless leader TracFone announced today a better way for underserved and high-risk populations to access and keep up with their care, on the go. A new pilot project, in conjunction with Health Choice Network, will provide Windows Phone devices to diabetes patients to help them better manage their care.
