As part of Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to deliver a more secure Web browser, Internet Explorer will block out-of-date ActiveX controls beginning on Aug. 12, and a Microsoft update on that day will introduce a new security feature called “Out-of-date ActiveX control blocking.”
