Microsoft Extends WebMD Purchase Offer
Microsoft announced that, in light of published reports of a proposed merger between Healtheon Corp. and WebMD, Inc., it is extending until May 25, 1999, its offer to purchase shares of WebMD’s Series F Preferred Stock.
