Windows was built to help people do great things. Whether creating opportunities for youth, saving the environment, fighting hunger, enabling next generation farming, or inspiring 3D creation – Windows is built for those who do. In this spirit, we asked you to vote for not-for-profit organisations making a difference in your communities, and you spoke up.
This has truly been an inspiring way to kick off a new generation of Windows and during the month of September, people in 10 countries around the world voted for thousands of non-profits to receive this monetary donation to continue their efforts to #UpgradeYourWorld. Three of those ten countries were in Europe: UK, Germany and France.
