Find Bitcoin conversions on Bing

Bitcoin (the peer-to-peer payment system and digital currency) conversions will appear at the top of Bing results when you pose questions such as, “How many Bitcoins do you need for a $71,000 Tesla?” Bing already has more than 50 currencies in its index that displays conversions at the top of search results.

Now you can earn Bing Rewards on the go, using your phone

Bing is going to help you earn and take advantage of Bing Rewards – right from your phone. As of Wednesday, iOS and Android devices will be able to tap into these credits, which accumulate with searches done using Bing. The same capability will also arrive soon to Windows Phone devices, and over the next several months nearly all of the Bing Rewards desktop features will be available on mobile experiences.

Leading up to big game, Bing searches focus on Seahawks, Richard Sherman and Peyton Manning

As we head into the final days before Sunday’s much anticipated match-up between the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos, Bing looked at searches related to the game and found that the biggest ones seem to zero in on the Emerald City’s reps (including Richard Sherman, Marshawn Lynch and Derrick Coleman) and the Mile High City’s quarterback Peyton Manning. As the Bing Search blog reports, Seattle captured searches in 33 states and Denver the remaining 17.

Bing Ads in 2014 builds upon strong foundation laid in 2013

Building upon major milestones in 2013 that included expanding to 24 new markets and more than 50 new features (including better matching technology), Bing Ads continues in 2014 to “connect advertisers to opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem; across multiple devices and screens” and continues to “provide them the tools on Bing Ads to optimize for return on time spent, as well as their budgetary investments.”
