Even though we can always be better at including a diverse group of people, we luckily have a lot of inspiring women here at Microsoft in Denmark.
I sincerely believe that diversity is important, because diversity leads to diverse opinions, and diverse opinions lead to diverse solutions.
If we are to create the future, we need the very best – and we need diversity of thought.
