Heather Gordon
Chief Partner Officer, Asia
As Chief Partner Officer for Microsoft Asia, Heather leads a dynamic partner ecosystem of over 100,000 organizationsdriving customer success and growth through innovative cloud technology. She plays a crucial role in shaping Microsoft’s partner strategy and delivering exceptional value to customers.
Beginning her career in South Africa, Heather has over 25 years of domestic and international experience across both emerging and developed markets. She joining Microsoft in 2005, she has held key leadership roles including General Manager for Worldwide Small & Medium Business Strategy, Chief of Staff & Sales Excellence Director for One Commercial Partner and Worldwide Director of Marketing for Kaizala. Her earlier roles include Director of Office Marketing for SMB & Corporate in Asia Pacific and SMB Sales and Marketing Lead in New Zealand.
Heather is dedicated to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation. Having lived and worked in South Africa, Botswana, New Zealand, the United States, and Singapore, she values leveraging diverse cultures, abilities, and perspectives to drive impact. As a passionate advocate for women and girls in STEM, Heather has also served as co-executive chair for Blacks at Microsoft.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
