Mayank Wadhwa

President, Microsoft ASEAN

Mayank Wadhwa is Microsoft’s President for ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Brunei). He brings a track record of global leadership in technology, consulting and services and deep expertise across the business lifecycle. Mayank’s sales and account leadership has delivered impactful outcomes for customers and partners worldwide. 

Most recently, Mayank led Microsoft’s Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) business in Asia, where he was instrumental in driving strategic transformation as part of the Asia MCAPS and Worldwide ISD Leadership teams. Prior to that, he held leadership roles across Western Europe following a successful career at Accenture. 

Mayank has managed large, complex P&Ls and led diverse, high-performing teams to deliver financial discipline and profitable growth. He is known for championing an inclusive culture that empowers innovation, drives transformation, and scales strategic impact across global markets. 

Mayank completed Oxford University’s Business Economics Program, holds a Master’s in Finance and Marketing from Management Development Institute (MDI Gurgaon, India) and is a Delhi University graduate.  

Outside of work, Mayank cherishes time with his family – his wife Shraddha, their 13-year-old son Aayush, and their 5-year-old Labrador, Logan. As a family, they love to travel across Asia and enjoy taking Logan for walks on the beach. Outside of family time, Mayank loves to cycle, and he has recently taken up Padel and Pilates.
