Rachel Bondi is the Corporate Vice President for the Small, Medium, and Corporate Segment at Microsoft Asia. She drives strategy and execution to support 1.4 million SMBs and 5,000 corporate accounts across 20 countries. Her leadership empowers businesses to thrive in the global economy, ensuring Asia remains at the forefront of innovation and growth. 

Rachel Bondi is a thought leader in using AI and Copilot technology to drive inclusion and high-performance teaming across Asia. By integrating advanced AI tools, Rachel has transformed team collaboration, ensuring every member can contribute effectively. This approach has significantly improved productivity and innovation, setting a benchmark for inclusive and high-performing workplaces. 

Over her 27-year career at Microsoft, Rachel Bondi has held various leadership roles across the U.S., Australia, and Asia. She led product marketing for Microsoft 365 small business and consumer, the most successful productivity technology globally. Upon returning to Australia, she served as Chief Operating Officer, driven by her passion for the Australian technology industry. Rachel now leads a team of 600 across Asia, leveraging global learnings to drive regional success.

Rachel received the Diversity & Inclusion Champion award by ARN Women in ICT Awards in 2021 and the Microsoft Pinnacle Award in 2018, a recognition given to one employee out of 60,000 globally. Rachel is also an advocate for digital skilling and serves as a Director on the Board of the Future Skills Organisation, promoting workforce development and economic growth in Australia. 

Growing up in rural Australia, Rachel Bondi developed a deep appreciation for community and inclusivity. Her career has taken her across various countries, allowing her to experience diverse cultures and work environments. Rachel, a mother of teenage daughters, is dedicated to ensuring that both work and life are enriched by diversity and inclusion.
