Tanya Aguila

Customer Success Leader, Microsoft ASEAN

Tanya leads Microsoft’s Customer Success organization, ensuring customers realize the full value of their investments in Microsoft’s products and cloud services. In this role, she is responsible for building customer confidence, aligning technical talent to execution and empowering our customers in the Era of AI. She has more than 20 years of experience within the IT industry across software and consulting services across Asia Pacific and Japan.

Most recently, Tanya led Microsoft’s Unified Business for Asia and prior to that that, she led Microsoft’s BizApps and Solutions teams in the Philippines.

Her previous experiences include leading Consulting and Delivery for Tax Utilities in Asia Pacific and Japan at Oracle and SAP projects at Procter&Gamble.

She is passionate about building high performing and diverse teams who drive incredible impact and she’s a strong advocate for women in tech and D&I. She served as chair for Women Asia Commercial Solutions Area after having previously served as the Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Industry Solutions Pursuit in Asia.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in information Technology from the University of Asia and the Pacific and an executive leadership program certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Tanya is a qualified negotiator with the Schranner Negotiation Institute and lives in the Philippines with her husband and two children.
