CeBIT 2010: Microsoft goes for the Cloud
Hannover / Unterschleissheim, March 1, 2010. Cloud solutions and connected worlds form the centerpiece of Microsoft’s main CeBIT 2010 press conference. Together with customers and partners, Achim Berg, CEO at Microsoft Germany, shows not only how technologies enable a new way of working and revolutionize leisure time, but how they also link up the technical worlds of both business and home users. Microsoft and its partners place their trust in the Cloud. “Cloud Services aren’t hype, but a leap forward in technology, just as the former introduction of the PC to the workplace was” says Berg. In the Microsoft model, the user profits from the best of two worlds – local software on terminals and online services in the Cloud, and all with the greatest possible freedom of choice.
